Dr. Richey, Casey, Ashley and Teresa are thrilled to be transitioning into private practice February 15th! We will no longer employed through the Baylor Scott & White health system. Our unwavering commitment to providing specialized and innovative dermatological care remains our focus, and we will be able to do this in exceptional and expanded ways.

Medical records
Your dermatology medical records will transfer with us - no action is needed. If you choose to transfer your records elsewhere, instructions are available at https://www.bswhealth.com/patient-tools/request-copies-of-your-medical-records.
Insurance
We will continue accepting most major insurance plans. We are in network with: BCBS, Cigna, Medicare, BSW Quality Alliance
We are still working on our enrollment as in-network providers with: Aetna, BSW Health Plan, Humana, Tricare, & United Health Care
If your plan requires a referral to see a specialist, and you have an appointment with us in 2025, please request a new referral from your primary care physician after February 15th.
